Registration for the wetlabs is at an additional cost (EURO 150.00 / EURO 184.50 VAT included). Provided that space is still available, you can register for the wetlabs at the registration desk at the winter meeting venue.
The official language of the main winter meeting programme is English. No translation will be provided. The CIRP / SPO programme will be in Portuguese. No translation will be provided.

During the registration process you have accept that your personal data will be shared with exhibitors and sponsors when connecting on a booth or attending a sponsored symposium. Sponsors and exhibitors will then be able to contact you for commercial or marketing purposes.

Sponsors and exhibitors may scan your badge when you attend their Satellite Symposia or visit their booth during the winter meeting. If you do not want your badge to be scanned please let the sponsor or exhibitor know directly. Otherwise, your personal data will be released to them.
Please note: you will still receive communications relating to your participation at ESCRS including, but not limited to, confirmation of registration, confirmation of payment, joining instructions, hotel booking information.
